Welcome to QuickStaff. These Terms & Conditions apply to users who use QuickStaff as a Job Seeker ("Seeker"). By registering or using QuickStaff as a Seeker, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of QuickStaff

QuickStaff provides a platform that helps job seekers discover employment opportunities and connect with job providers.

Important Notice: QuickStaff does not guarantee employment, interviews, selection, salary, or any particular job opportunity.

2. Seeker Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You are responsible for:

Providing correct personal and professional information.
Keeping your account information updated.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
All activity performed through your account.

You must not create an account using false information or another person's identity.

3. Profile and Resume

You are responsible for the information you provide in your profile, resume, and job applications.

You must ensure that:

Your information is accurate and truthful.
Your qualifications and experience are not misrepresented.
You do not upload false, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content.
You have the right to share any resume or other information you upload.

QuickStaff may remove information or suspend an account if the information is found to be false, misleading, or inappropriate.

4. Job Applications

When you apply for a job through QuickStaff, the information you provide may be shared with the relevant job provider for recruitment purposes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or selected.

The final decision regarding interviews, employment, salary, working conditions, and selection is made by the job provider.

5. Communication with Job Providers

You may communicate with job providers through QuickStaff or through contact details provided as part of a job opportunity.

You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.

You must not:

Send spam or unwanted messages.

Harass or threaten other users.

Share inappropriate or illegal content.

Misuse another user's contact information.

6. Prohibited Activities

As a Seeker, you must not use QuickStaff to:

Provide false or misleading information.

Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

Impersonate another person.

Misuse or copy job listings or other platform content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

Use the platform for unlawful activities.

Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Upload viruses, malicious files, or harmful content.

7. Job Provider Responsibility

QuickStaff only provides a platform for connecting Seekers and Job Providers.

QuickStaff is not responsible for:

The accuracy of a job posting.
The conduct of a job provider.
Salary or payment offered by a job provider.
Employment conditions.
The outcome of an application.
Any agreement or transaction between a Seeker and a Job Provider.

Seeker Verification Notice: Seekers should independently verify job details and employer information before accepting any employment opportunity.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

QuickStaff does not guarantee that you will find a job, receive an interview, or be selected for any position.

The availability of jobs and the selection process are determined by individual job providers.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

QuickStaff may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that may harm QuickStaff or its users.

You may also stop using the platform or request account deletion by contacting QuickStaff.

10. Changes to These Terms

QuickStaff may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Your continued use of QuickStaff after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to QuickStaff. These Terms & Conditions apply to users who use QuickStaff as a Job Provider ("Provider"). By registering or using QuickStaff as a Provider, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of QuickStaff

QuickStaff provides a platform that helps job providers post job opportunities and connect with potential job seekers.

Important Notice: QuickStaff does not guarantee that a Provider will find a suitable candidate or that any candidate will accept a job opportunity.

2. Provider Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Provider account.

You are responsible for:

Providing correct personal and company information.
Keeping your account information updated.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
All activity performed through your account.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or organization.

3. Job Postings

Providers are responsible for ensuring that all job information posted on QuickStaff is accurate and up to date.

Job postings should clearly and honestly describe the position, including relevant requirements, responsibilities, location, salary or compensation information where applicable, and other important details.

You must not post:

Fake or misleading job opportunities.

Jobs that violate applicable laws.

Discriminatory or abusive job postings.

Jobs intended to collect unnecessary personal information.

Duplicate, spam, or irrelevant job postings.

QuickStaff may remove or reject any job posting that violates these Terms & Conditions or our platform policies.

4. Candidate Information

Information about job seekers provided through QuickStaff must be used only for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes.

Providers must:

Keep candidate information confidential.
Not sell or misuse candidate information.
Not share candidate information with unauthorized third parties.
Not use candidate information for unrelated marketing or promotional activities.
Handle candidate information in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Communication with Job Seekers

Providers agree to communicate with job seekers professionally and respectfully.

Providers must not:

Send spam or unwanted messages.

Harass or threaten job seekers.

Mislead candidates about job opportunities.

Request unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

Use QuickStaff to promote unlawful activities.

6. Hiring and Employment

QuickStaff only provides a platform to connect Providers and Job Seekers.

The Provider is solely responsible for:

Interviewing candidates.
Selecting candidates.
Offering employment.
Determining salary and other employment terms.
Completing employment-related documentation.
Complying with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Third-Party Neutrality: QuickStaff is not a party to any employment agreement between a Provider and a Seeker.

7. Payments and Fees

If QuickStaff introduces any paid services, subscription plans, listing fees, or other charges for Providers, the applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated separately.

Providers agree to pay applicable fees according to the terms presented at the time of purchase or subscription.

8. Prohibited Activities

Providers must not use QuickStaff to:

Post false or fraudulent job opportunities.

Misrepresent their company or organization.

Collect money from job seekers through fraudulent job offers.

Request unnecessary personal or financial information.

Spam or harass users.

Impersonate another company or individual.

Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or another user's account.

Upload viruses, malicious files, or harmful content.

Use the platform for unlawful activities.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

QuickStaff may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Provider account if the Provider violates these Terms & Conditions, posts misleading or fraudulent jobs, misuses candidate information, or engages in activities that may harm QuickStaff or its users.

QuickStaff may also remove job postings that do not comply with our policies.

10. No Guarantee

QuickStaff does not guarantee:

The number or quality of applicants.
That a candidate will accept a job.
Successful hiring.
The performance or conduct of any candidate.
The accuracy of information provided by job seekers.

Provider Verification Advice: Providers are responsible for independently verifying candidate information before making hiring decisions.
